Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect deliveries on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact your wholesale rep with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Returns

Return eligibility and terms are set out in your wholesale agreement. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

Private label

Custom-branded products are made to order and are generally not returnable except for defects.
